A brand new trailer for the new Hulu Original miniseries Nine Perfect Strangers featuring Nicole Kidman has just been released. The show is created by David E. Kelley and John Henry Butterworth.
With an all-star cast, the first trailer of this series promises a good level of acting here. We will find Michael Shannon playing Napoleon, and Kidman playing the guru named Masha who runs a wellness retreat, which looks more like a cult when watching the trailer.
We will also find Melissa McCarthy as Francis, Luke Evans as Lars, Bobby Cannavale, Regina Hall, Samara Weaving, Melvin Gregg, Asher Keddie, Grace Van Patten, and more, who all joined this drama series with an interesting premise that will make you question the wellness centers that are supposed to be helpful…
The story is based on The New York Times bestselling book by author Liane Moriarty. Nine Perfect Strangers takes place at a boutique health-and-wellness resort that promises healing and transformation. In comes nine stressed people who try to get on a path to a better way of living.
Masha who is watching over them during this ten-day retreat is a woman on a mission to reinvigorate their tired minds and bodies at any cost and practice. However, these nine strangers have no idea what is about to hit them when entering this “wellness” center.
As well as watching the trailer we hear Kidman saying: “You want to get well? You want to heal? Surrender yourself to me“. That should be enough to intrigue us to watch the miniseries.
