Northampton born artist Eden Lole has revealed her new single titled “Trippin’”.
Taking influence from her own family, Eden Lole grew up in a musical environment with parents and grandparents being musicians themselves.
Flourishing a love-affair with Ella Fitzgerald while playing piano, music is not the only passion the artist got, she found love in horse-riding as well, however, cause to a severe injury, she focused her energy into her music.
In her tongue-in-cheek lyrics, Eden addresses the subjects of the twists and turns of life, love and loss, depicting her experiences.
The young artist had the opportunity to take the stage of famous venues including Notting Hill Arts Club and O2 Shepherds Bush, she also hosted shows with Sofar Sound.
Following her previous singles “No Label” and “Why Don’t You Know” acknowledged by BBC Radio 1, the long-awaited track “Trippin’” is a cheerful and wild song.
Speaking about her new song, Eden says, “It’s about “tripping” and falling into your feelings with someone that you really care about, even though you know it’s probably a bad idea and is definitely going to end in a hot mess. You know that you’re playing with fire but in the heat of the moment, sometimes your inhibitions go out the window and it’s fun to be young making these slightly dumb decisions!”
The song will be followed by a live rendition video in collaboration with Eden’s band at a pink Mexican bar in East London.
