Bridlington band Seafret are back to share information about their eagerly anticipated Wonderland, their third studio album, which is set for release on April 14 through Nettwerk. The duo has shared the sparkling new single “Remind Me To Forget You” from the album.
Their newest collection, which is their first full-length release since their 2020 sophomore LP Most Of Us Are Strangers, seeks to build on the renewed acclaim the duo received throughout the course of last year.
This new release “Remind Me To Forget You” finds them in their most high-profile guise to date as they deliver one of their more euphoric and captivating releases thus far.
Their 2015 breakthrough effort “Atlantis” earned a surprise viral run on TikTok, earning the duo their first UK Official Charts Top 40 single and 13 million Spotify monthly listeners in the process.
The duo’s most recent project, which is preceded by the new lead single “Remind Me To Forget You,” sees them pursue a gorgeously rich and alluring aesthetic. This is one of the more sentimental moments on their upcoming full-length, capturing yet another heady dose of sweet and tender textures along with Jack Sedman‘s exceptional vocals.
Speakign about “Remind Me To Forget You”, the duo say, “We are super excited to release our latest single “Remind Me To Forget You”. The song was inspired by the in limbo feeling you get at the end of a relationship – you know it’s over but something stops you moving on”.
