After a few years since their latest album Thread (2015), the Minneapolis-based indie-rock duo Now, Now composed of Cacie Dalager and Bradley Hale are back, and they have just released a brand new music video for their single “Yours“.
This track is their second released this year, after “SGL” which has already been a first signal for their big return. Indeed, the band declared to have been lost for a while, after three years spent to record, produce, write and touring for Thread, the two members were mentally and emotionally out. They have said that what they needed was a break in order to understand their identity as musicians and to extend their vision.
“I feel more confident and more like myself than I ever have. Our new songs happened so naturally after we stopped overthinking and started going with our instincts“, Cacie says. She also explains about this new visual, directed by Alexa San Román that “the video embodies the exact emotions I was experiencing while we were writing this song. Feelings of longing, devotion, and persistence. The energy of falling in love and being in love“.
