The 2015 American Music Awards took place on Sunday evening, where the big winners of the night were pop sensations Taylor Swift and One Direction. Taylor Swift picked up three awards no the night while One Direction scooped up two, including the the main accolade – “Artist of the Year”. The awards were hosted by Jennifer Lopez with live performances from the likes of Coldplay and Justin Bieber. Other big winners on the night included Nicki Minaj and The Weeknd who both grabbed two a piece.
