Lagos prepare yourself for some serious excitement, as it is the One Mic Naija season and boy is it shaping up to be a winner. The Bi-monthly artist showcase which aims to connect the fans with the artists is back on the 31st of August at Ember Creek, and this time Nigeria’s freshest concert will be bringing together artists from Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana for an explosion of the coolest live music.
Taking to the stage bringing that fresh, funky flavour we love so much is an array of talent including Falz who will be performing live material off his recently released debut album, and for the first time ever Mr Rozayy himself Ketchup will be gracing the stage, then there is Simi who has recently signed with X3M Music, and returning for the second time, the incredible Ruby of Loopy Music will be performing “Good Man” and showcasing some new material. Latest MTN Project Fame winner Olawale will be dropping some tunes for you and then to bring the line-up all together, the event is rounded off with some Kenyan flavour with Chocolate City’s Victoria Kimani and Ghana bombshell MzVee.
Not only is the line up hot hot hot, but as per usual One Mic Naija brings you that little bit more, such as an autograph session, an open mic session which is known as an audience free style that shines the spotlight on the audience and gives you a chance to win, and then there will also be a guest appearance to really shake things up!
