As festival season approaches and the end of lockdown is more or less in sight for us all, some festivals are hopeful for their 2021 edition to remain.
After skipping 2020 due to COVID 19, music festival Parklife has revealed its lineup for the 2021 edition of the event with multi GRAMMY Award winner Megan Thee Stallion, Dave and Disclosure as headliners.
The two-day event which is set to take place in September 11-12 at Manchester’s Heaton Park will include performances from Skepta, Jamie xx, DaBaby, Young Thug, Burna Boy, AJ Tracey, BICEP (live), Pa Salieu, Mabel, slowthai, Nines, Mist, Earl Sweatshirt, Little Simz, Celeste, Becky Hill, Princess Nokia and many more.
The Manchester festival is usually held on June but this year edition has been postponed to the fall.
Presale tickets for those who signed up over the past few weeks were on sale on March 24 at 10 am. However, the general release tickets which was supposed to be going up on March 25, same time, has been canceled, because tickets have sold out!
In fact, Parklife shared on its Instagram page on Wednesday that “Parklife 2021 has sold in record times, as such there will be no general sale tomorrow. We wanted to send our thanks, your support has been incredible. Roll on September”
