Patrick Kearns is a London R&B and Soul artist. He grew up in East London and pursued Contemporary music when he attended Music College at the age of 18, and with the discovery of Allen Stone he decided to turn to R&B and Soul music.
He’s now working on his singing and songwriting skills, as well as learning from music mentors in the music industry. Patrick found his own music lane by listening to Raleigh Ritchie, Gallant, Masego and Justin Timberlake.
His music career just began as he has shared his debut single “Hideaway” on October 24. He has written and produced it with the help of Ramzi, an established music artist producer who has worked with music artists such as Taio Cruz, Will Heard and Rudimental.
It’s an acoustic soul track complimented with electronic elements making the song ambient and spacious. It deals with having the time and space with a love interest.
He describes the songwriting process, saying, “The story started as a visual movie in my head. From there, it was about feeling out the sound that would fit, and finally bringing it to life with the aesthetic which perfectly captured that mental picture”.
