Having introduced himself with his exciting solo debut “Never Enough”, London based singer-songwriter Pierre Da Silva follows in fine form with the smooth sounds of his newest single “Tell Me”.
His tender and rich vocals are the perfect compliment to the lush guitar melodies that make “Tell Me” the up-tempo ballad that it is. A soulful effort from the young artist, his words tell a story, a story on the frustrations and the mind-games often involved with dating.
Influenced by classic and contemporary greats like Donny Hathaway, Lauryn Hill and Lianne La Havas, Pierre is a well rounded artist, having made a name for himself working with Hip-Hop/Dubstep group Foreign Beggars and Drum & Bass producer duo Brookes Brothers, featuring on the latter’s 2017 album Orange Lane.
Years of writing and sharing stages with the likes of Little Simz and Rukhsana Merrisse has given Pierre the polish to stand tall as an artist in his own right. Working on new music with a debut EP to come later in the year, 2020 will rightly define Pierre as one of the UK’s brightest emerging talents.
