PUMA, one of the world’s leading Sports Brands, has just announced a new collaboration with sports fashion, multichannel retailer JD.
If you haven’t heard of it, JD boasts collaborations with Nike, Adidas, and The North face, and strong own brand labels such as Pink Soda and Supply & Demand. A perfectly researched market plan, which promises to create an unforgettable and elevated consumer experience.
The last prestigious collaboration JD has reached is with PUMA, which over the past 70 years has been able to push sport and culture forwards by creating products for the world’s fastest athletes.
Available online and in-stores from August 12, the Mayze Stack is the new footwear collection these brands have gifted to the public.
The advertisement campaign makes it clear that this is not a usual collection, but it’s made to challenge society’s stereotypes and unwritten rules.
With an all-female-led campaign, JD and PUMA promoted the Mayze Stack collection with the motto “Here. We Can Be”. The aim is to give teen girls a platform to be themselves, talk about their concerns and pressures, and encourage them to be themselves, whoever they are.
The Mayze Stack footwear collection wants to become a means, through which young women can elevate themselves and feel on their stage, under their spotlight. A platform beneath their feet to show up as they want to and be who they want to be.
PUMA and JD chose the talented UK singers Bellah, Sha Simone, Amaria BB, and Parisian rapper La Juiice to be the face of this unconventional campaign and battle against social oppression.
