A number of Radiohead‘s more obscure tracks have been removed from streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music due to a licensing issue. The band are renowned for the strength of their B-sides and unreleased material, but bonus tracks from The Bends and OK Computer albums such as “Lewis (Mistreated)” and “Pearly” have now vanished from the popular music apps.
The transfer of the band’s back catalogue from Warner Brothers to Beggar’s Group is reportedly behind the removal of the songs. Radiohead are widely tipped to release their ninth studio album this year, alongside their forthcoming sold out tour.
