Fame has many misconceptions, no one really knowing its true impact. None knows this better than The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, who has admitted that fame came close to ruining both her and her family. The personality on the show spent a year in Jail after being convicted of fraud.
Speaking to Digital Spy she commented:
“It just feels normal, I can’t believe I’m home, it’s a dream’, but the next day it was just normal – it was just like every day”.
“I never thought fame would ruin my family, but it did. But now we’re past that. So what you’re seeing now is the way we always were. People don’t understand that the whole fame thing got in the way and them coming on the show and not telling me, it just hurt my feelings”.
