A great man laid low. Roger Ailes is due to be dismissed from Fox News – the network he built almost singlehandedly, and which he is Chairman and CEO of – in the wake of reports of multiple sexual harassments of his female subordinates over a period of decades and a high profile lawsuit from former anchor, Gretchen Carlson.
Ailes allegedly demanded that women in and applying for employment provide him and his friends with sexual favours including allowing them to photograph them in lingerie. Six women, four under fake names came forward in an article earlier this month in the wake of Carlson’s lawsuit.
