Actor Romany Malco (Think Like A Man) has landed a leading role in comedic actor Kevin Hart’s new TV show which will be based on his life. The TV show has been compared to Chris Rock’s successful TV show Everybody Hates Chris which depicted his childhood until he left high school.
Kevin Hart’s show differs as it will be somewhat based on Hart’s stand-up comedy focusing on his divorce from his wife and their attempts at trying to be civil for their children. The TV show will be semi-autobiographical with some scenes added for entertainment. Hart’s show has been commissioned to create a pilot by the ABC network.
Kevin Hart will be a producer on the show and make guest appearances on the show if it is commissioned for a full season. Malco and Hart have previously collaborated on projects such as Think Like A Man and 40-year Old Virgin.
