Sarah Paulson To Chase A Serial Killer In ‘Lost Girls’ | Film News

American Horror Story’s Sarah Paulson has been confirmed to headline Lost Girls, a thriller based on a non-fiction book of the same title, published by investigative reporter, Robert Kolker, in 2013. The film adaptation, written by Michael Werwie, will follow a mother (played by Paulsen) on her search to find her missing daughter in Long Island, New York, before discovering the dead bodies of four girls in the woods.

With Lost Girls, documentary filmmaker, Liz Garbus, will make her narrative-film debut. Production will be helmed by Langley Park’s Kevin McCormick and David Kennedy, with Pamela Hirsch executive producing.

Paulson’s prominence as an actress continues to grow, with SG, Emmy and Golden Globe awards for her work in the FX series, The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, proving her worth as an actress. Her recent work includes dramatic biopic, Rebel In The Rye, and you can expect to see her as part of the star-studded ensemble cast in the highly-anticipated Ocean’s Eight, set to hit theatres in 2018.
