Many fans were disappointed on September 30 when Skrillex announced that he would not be able to make it to Hong Kong to perform. The reason for the cancellation was due to flight issues on his way from Vietnam. He was due to headline Don’t Let Daddy Know: “the world’s newest and hottest EDM party” at Asiaworld-Expo.
On his Facebook page, Skrillex explained what happened and said that “I would have spent anything to get to the show, nothing was going to stop us but we just couldn’t come up with an option. I’m so sorry…this was completely out of our control. so upset about this…please know we tried absolutely EVERYTHING we could to get there”. The show will be rescheduled ASAP, so keep an eye out if this news affected you.
