After tantalizing tweets from twitter, Smashing Pumpkins have finally released the video for “Being Beige” featuring frontman, Billy Corgan, singing and Jeff Schroeder, the only other official band member, playing guitar. This is interlaced with footage of two naked women and dreamy imagery of the moon, the earth, the sky and clouds. The song was taken from their December 2014 release Monuments to an Elegy, which forms part of the ongoing project Teargarden by Kaleidyscope, roughly focusing around themes in the tarot. This is the first video the band has released since 2011’s “Otawa”. Smashing Pumkins are planning to release another album this year titled Day for Night.
