Tension is building in The Americans, and not just in the FX spy drama’s plot around the threat of bioweapons and Jennings secret coming out when it returns to our screens on the 16th of March, but also around how many seasons it has left, Joel Fields and Joe Weisberg saying the show could end after its fifth or six seasons.
“I really don’t have an answer about how many seasons except that we’ll do what’s right for the storytelling and we always seem to surprise ourselves“. The Americans will return on the 16th of March on FX starring Keri Russell, Matthews Rhys, and Holly Taylor.
