The Best Performances At The 2021 Grammy Awards | Music News

This year’s Grammy Awards ceremony was packed with a full night of performances from some of our favourite artists, who then also got the honour of winning their awards on the night as well. Here are just some of the few that we really enjoyed.

‘Record of The Year’ winner at the Grammy Awards Billie Eilish also took to the stage on the night to perform her popular track “Everything I Wanted” on top of a sinking car, with her brother playing the piano on stage, the scenery of the show really matched Billie’s style and goes well with the track.

‘Album Of The Year’ winner Taylor Swift performed a medley of “Cardigan”, “August” and “Willow” from her award-winning project Folklore. She starts off alone in the middle of a beautiful forest, and is then joined by two musicians, with the rest of the video showing the three of them singing and playing the records in typical Swift fashion.

Bad Bunny took home the ‘Best Latin Pop or Urban Album’ for his YHLQMDLG album, and he performed in what looked like a stage from the future, with blue lights and unique patterns, as he is on top singing “Dakiti”, Jhay Cortez comes from the side, on some kind of second stage and the two of them deliver a sick presentation together.

3-time Grammy Award winner on the night Megan Thee Stallion started off her own performance with a group of male dancers throwing money up while she walks down the stairs singing “Savage” wearing a sexy bodysuit, and a female group of dancers doing their choreography while Megan shows her twerking talents on stage.

The winner of the newly renamed ‘Best Global Music Album’ category was none other than Burna Boy for his Twice As Tall album, and his performance of “LevelUp”, “Onyeka” and “Ye” took us back to church, with his lively band and choir. The vibe switches between that and traditional Nigerian drummers and dancers, with the encore offering a mix of both stages.
