The Weeknd debuted a new song whilst playing to a select crowd on Essex’s Osea Island. The song is called “Mood Music 2” This has been the Canadian artist’s only UK show of 2015, and it was an exclusive gathering made up of 200 competition winners and around 200 industry staff and media guests. The gig was part of an album launch, part Island records summer party and part-reconnaissance mission for the label with a view of potentially staging future events on Osea.
