Tobias Jesso Jr. is a Canadian musician from North Vancouver. He started his career in music as the bassist for the band The Sessions and eventually for former teen pop singer Melissa Cavatti. His debut album Goon was released earlier this year. Last night, (October 17) accompanied bu his lived band Duk he performed at the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C
During the set, they played some improvised series of covers.Below you can watch the fan footage which features his cover of The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face”. During the set he also covered D’Angelo’s “Untitled”, Haim’s “Forever”and Keane’s “Somewhere Only We Know”.
