There has been previous collaboration between Ty Dolla Sign and Future with the gold single, “Blasé”, and it appears the two are back at it again to try and achieve another successful track.
“Campaign” was premiered yesterday on Beats 1 Radio with Zane Lowe and it will be the title track for Ty Dolla Sign’s upcoming mixtape. According to an interview on the radio show, the rappers began writing the song on the Purple Reign tour and it is “lit”.
As usual, Future’s familiar sound rings through, and as a result this song is bound to be successful along with Ty Dolla Sign’s unique vocals. It’s upbeat yet dark, with speedy bars and a consistent backing of contrasting sounds. It is the sort of song that will be heard on hip-hop nights out in the clubs and all will flock to the dance floor.
