Perhaps Netflix, like the rest of us, was expecting Beyonce‘s Lemonade to win the Grammy for Album Of The Year, since it would have made the release of the new Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt trailer even more timely.
Titus does his best Queen Bey impression in a teaser filled with Lemonade parodies, as the show announces its third season premiere date as Friday, May 19.
There are no further details to report at this time, but we know that filming of the third season had to accommodate Ellie Kemper‘s pregnancy and shoot later than usual, so it’s likely the bright, summer daze of the first two seasons may have to make way for some of the chillier months.
Either way, the show has so far been a resounding success for Netflix with its upbeat, slightly-crazed cast, and we’d expect more of the same in season 3.
