Japanese label WACKO MARIA have teamed up with prominent street photographer Daidō Moriyama for a brand new black and white collection.
The capsule features some of the famous 79-year-old artist’s iconic dark and mysterious photographs or motifs printed on crew neck T-shirts, sweat shirts, coach jackets and Hawaiian shirts. All of the items come only in black or white colours.
The streetwear label’s designs were always inspired by music, films, and art. Various collaborations with renowned artists is not a new thing for them. Previously, they have worked with the likes of Tim Barker and Larry Clark.
This new collection with Daidō Moriyama’s artworks will be available in stores and online. The price range will vary from ¥11,000 (approximately £73) to ¥32,000 (£210).
