Paramount may be absent from Comic-Con this year but it doesn’t mean that they don’t have some exciting stuff to share as they release a teaser trailer and poster for new film Scout’s Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse. Following in the footsteps of other zom-coms such as Shaun of the Dead and Zombieland, this comedy horror focuses on three scouts attempting to save their town from a zombie invasion.
The film will be directed by Paranormal Activity 2,3 & 4 writer, Christopher Landon, as he experiments with the funnier side of horror. For example, the teaser clip shows a light-hearted guide on “How to earn your wildlife badge“, complete with a hoard of undead cats being beaten with frying pans. If you’re looking for the more serious side of zombies, then I suggest you check out 28 Days Later, but if you’re looking for some light-hearted action, Scout’s Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse is expected on the 27th of November, 2015.
