After the tragic news of Robin Williams‘ death in August of last year, a few of his films had still yet to be released. The Terry Jones comedy Absolutely Anything, starring Williams as a talking dog is to be released in August, yet here we see his last ever release in a much subtler role, as Nolan Mack, a 60-year old bank worker living his stable yet unsatisfying life until he comes across a young street hustler who changes his life forever.
Directed by Dito Montiel, starring Kathy Baker and Roberto Aguire alongside Williams, Boulevard has a very melancholic tone that matches his roles in films such as Good Will Hunting, and in this, we can appreciate his acting skill in full for his last appearance. Boulevard is set for a July 2015 release.
