Atlanta-based rappers Young Thug and Lil Yachty have collaborated on a new song, “On Me”, that is meant to appear on the upcoming Quality Control mixtape, Control The Streets Volume One. Quality Control Music is an Atlanta-based record label and the mixtape will be a compilation album. The upcoming mixtape will reportedly feature Migos’ “Too Hotty”, Young Nudy’s “Cinco de Mayo”, and artist Offset.
Both of the artist’s signature styles are showcased on the track, blending together for an unlikely but positive partnership that brings in Lil Yachty’s more Southern hip-hop roots and Young Thug’s heavier style.
Though Control The Streets Volume One does not yet have a release date, keep an eye out for the highly anticipated release from a label working with some of the strongest voices in hip-hop. “On Me” is available for streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, and Itunes so be sure to add it to your playlists and take a listen below:
