Zack Snyder has been teasing us for quite some time with his new Zack Snyder’s Justice League film coming out in a few weeks on the streaming platform HBO Max. With some of our favorite superheroes like Batman, WonderWoman, Flash and more played by their long time actors.
After a few controversies and a bit of confusion between all the directors and film networks, the film also known as The Snyder Cut is finally giving us some new details on the upcoming film, the characters, new faces and more.
Just about a few days ago, he shared pictures of The Joker, the famous villain role played by Jared Leto and it’s looking like his villain is getting a fresh new look for the film. The Joker hadn’t been called to make the first film but this time it seems like the Joker is back in town!
In the picture that Zack shared, we can only see a more obscure side but it is much darker than the Suicide Squad Joker. It looks like Zack is going for a different look for the villain, one that is more coherent with the personage from the comic book and back with maybe what it seems like long hair? Let’s hope we get more teasers.
Although it has been revealed that the Joker won’t have a major role, it’s still intriguing to see how Zack is going to put forward this role that is still one the best villain we have had in DC Comics books, so there is a bit of pressure for the director.
We can also see on the picture that the Joker is wearing some surgical gloves so we can imagine everything and anything on what the director as planned for the personage. Even the card he is holding onto is one special card for the history of the role.
For those that have HBO Max, you will have to wait until March 18 to get to see the film, so be patient it’s coming! Check out the teaser image below:
