BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe broadcast his last show last night (before running off to America, being joined by a number of his co-workers. Joining the BBC in 2002, Zane Lowe has become almost a one man music institution, and has been credited with breaking some of the largest acts in the world over the past 12 years. Zane’s last show was full of stories, memories and huge tracks from his time at Radio 1. Finishing the show with “A Song For The Dead” by Queens of the Stones Age, Zane will be replaced by fellow Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac on the evening show. Catch Zane Lowe’s final show on BBC iPlayer here.
