Doctor Who fans you can look up from the brown paper bags run ragged by your panicked breathing, as the BBC have struck a deal with Amazon Prime to make series one through eight available to stream from this Sunday with Season Nine and the 2015 Christmas Special coming to the site this autumn.

The multi-year nature of the deal means that the TARDIS and our favourite Time Lord isn’t likely to be de-materialise on us anytime soon, appeasing the anger of fans who were furious when Netflix cut the show from its gallery on 1st of February this year.
