Jenna Dewan-Tatum Cast As Lucy Lane In ‘Supergirl’ | TV News
It has been reported that Jenna Dewan-Tatum has been cast as Lois Lane’s younger sister Lucy Lane in the upcoming Supergirl series. Lucy Lane will be a recurring role and is described as “brash, funny and equally as successful as her older sister“. Dewan-Tatum joins Melissa Benoist who plays main character Kara Zor-El, and Calista Flockhart who plays Cat Grant, Kara’s boss. Dean Cain (Superman alum) and Helen Slater are also on board, however Cain’s role remains a mystery.
Supergirl will focus on a young Kara, as she decides to embrace her superhuman abilities and become a superhero. Here’s hoping for a Superman cameo, I mean it has been a long time in the making, we need Superman back on the small screen, he’s had too much time on the big screen. Supergirl premieres on CBS on October 26.
