Keith David Joins Cast Of ‘Things You Shouldn’t Say Past Midnight’ Comedy Series | TV News
Veteran actor Keith David has joined new comedy show Things You Shouldn’t Say Past Midnight. Set in Los Angeles, the show will look at modern relationships with the concept that nothing positive happens after midnight, with several stories taking place within the show. Ben is a young Jewish Professor of English who is shocked when his girlfriend makes a negative remark in regards to Jewish people while intimate. Grace’s therapist sets her up on a blind date, with his brother. Two brothers from a large family are hired to sort out rolls of carpet and find themselves targeted by an assassin. This is the first original comedy series to be ordered by DirecTV, the show is based on the critically acclaimed play (of the same name) by Tony Award winner Peter Ackerman and will air later this year.
