Ofcom To Investigate ‘Loose Women’ Following Harvey Price Swear Bomb | TV News
There’s swearing and then there’s swearing. Ofcom is said to be investigating the last months edition of ITV’s Loose Women following Katie Price’s disabled son Harvey swearing on live TV. Katie Prices son joined the former glamour model turned entrepreneur to discuss internet trolls.
“Ofcom is investigating this programme which included the most offensive language before the watershed.”
To give context to this, the discussion covered Harvey’s treatment by trolls and bullies, Harvey commenting what he thought of the people who targeted him.
Price asked him: “If someone says something horrible to Harvey, what does Harvey say?” Harvey then replied to his mothers question with the C-word.
The issue of trolling needs to be faced, but I would query the timing of the language and the use of it.
