It is now time to check out the video for Bamboss‘ latest new track, entitled “Parking Signs”. The Hackney, East London rapper definitely comes forward boldly with this new music video, both in sound and visual.
“Parking Signs” has a tinkling, intimidating vibe with deep, deep bass. It mixes rapped verses and singsong hooks, the latter with a hint of autotune not too offensive. It seems to close with what sounds like a Roger Troutman ‘talkbox’ moment.
The visuals, directed by Aura, are quite dark, both thematically and literally. Tough London streets, with council tower blocks and shuttered up shop premises, combine with the night time setting to complement the lyrics and their musical backdrop.
