The more than awaited Aura has finally arrived today, perfectly on time; the new album by Ozuna follows Odisea, out on August 25, almost exactly one year ago.
Nominated at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards for Top Latin Artist of the Year, the Puerto Rican singer is experiencing huge success, after an incredible European leg of his Odisea tour and now ready to start again in the US in the beginning of September, including more than 29 cities.
The new album has a different tone, if compared to his debut one: more ballads, more romantic hits but once again many collaborations. Not only Latin fellow artists – names such as J Balvin, Yandel, Nicky Jam, Cardi B are already known, but also the strong presence of Akon and the classical style of Romeo Santos.
Talking to Billiboard correspondant Leila Cobo, he has revealed some details about the new album.
He enjoyed the collaboration with Akon, who can’t speak perfectly in Spanish, but succeeded in singing in the language. “Ibiza“, the track with Romeo Santos is a surprise as it had been recorded on Monday, just five days before the album’s release.
Anuel, a friend and collegue who was released from jail just two months ago, is also in the album, featured on three songs.
Listen below to the new music from this great artist. It’s a pleasure.
