“Can’t Rely On You” singer Paloma Faith reaches to her first ever number one slot in the UK Singles charts this week, with British drum and bass duo Sigma, made up of Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie. Although Faith has released some of the most memorable tracks in the UK over the last three years, including hits such as “Only“, “Love Can Hurt Like This“, “Just Be” and “Do You Want The Truth Or Something Beautiful“, she has never quite been able to reach that number one position.
Paloma Faith said in a recent interview, “I’ve done three albums so far so it just goes to show that if you hang in there, something’s got to give at some point!”. Sigma’s track “Changing” featuring Paloma Faith now sits at #1 and sold over 100,000 tracks within the first week of its release. This has become Sigma’s second number one hit within the last six months.
