So it looks like Grime is set for part 2 of its MC war during 2015. North London’s Chip is back with another diss track to Manchester’s Bugzy Malone titled “Run Out Riddim”, which is the second one to drop this week just days after “Lightwork”. Earlier on in the year Chip ignited the most exciting lyrical battle Grime had seen for years after his ‘Fire In The Booth’ and “Pepper Riddim” freestyles back in March.
Now this week sees the CMAR artist going at it again and getting some things off his chest in new videos “Light Work” and “Run Out Riddim” going full guns blazing at 0161’s very own Bugzy Malone. The second diss track comes in response to Bugzy Malone’s ‘Meek Mill’ comment which he made via twitter after dismissing the first diss track “Lightwork”. Since then, Chip has turned around and dropped another diss track at the Manchester emcee which in my opinion is even better than the first. Check out the hard-hitting “Run Out Riddim” and “Lightwork” below. Surely it will only be a matter of time until we hear Malone’s response?
