Yet another British boy band trying to make it to the top of the charts, The Vamps are a band that recently accumulated a great deal of popularity with their second studio album, the self-titled The Vamps, which was released just a few months ago in November.
Following that success and the remnants of fame, the band announced they would be covering Carl Douglas’ legendary “Kung Fu Fighting”, a song that was originally released in 1974 and has been covered by several different musicians over the years, and continues to have a massive impact on today’s music.
The Vamps’ version of the song was recorded for the animated film, Kung Fu Panda 3, that premiered in cinemas worldwide just a few days ago. Watch The Vamps’ music video for “Kung Fu Fighting” below:
