Canadian singer-songwriter Adrian Underhill has recently released a music video for “CU Again” and now he’s back with the track called “Weather“. Adrian calls the song a “great combination of sounds” and we can’t deny that.
“I gotta change with the weather/If I don’t wanna stay the same” – sings Adrian in his electro-soul influenced pop ballad. Synthetic sounds blend well with organic piano riffs and calming voice.
Both of these new songs will appear on the artist’s debut album CU Again, which is set to be released on the 9th of February, 2018.
“The tunes have a classic ‘70s songwriter vibe, even though we ultimately wanted to push the production into a more modern realm. This simple, direct way of songwriting is me at my best. As a person with a lot of privilege I felt like these songs had to count – they had to really mean something to me“, Adrian says about creating the album.
