Alternative Pop Artist Loveclub Releases New Single ‘Torment’ | Music News

Contemporary alternative pop artist Loveclub, real name Arthur Fabbro, has just released his latest single “Torment” on February 14! This singer with a soft and hypnotic voice used to sing about romance and love.

The Vancouver-born artist became interested in music at the age of 16. He grew up with bands like The Cure, Coldplay, Greenday, The Cranberries and Enya. At the age of 23, he decided to move to Los Angeles to find out what he wanted to do musically.

In Los Angeles, he changes his musical habits and starts listening to pop music from the 80s, RnB from the 90s, and discovers bands such as The 1975 and LANY. He managed to make a mix of these different genres. The result is Loveclub, which is a mix of his past as a more acoustic songwriter and composer and his current attraction to electric pianos and drum machines.

His latest album, On The Face On It, has been praised by Atwood Magazine, The Music Ninja, Cloudberry Mornings and lc3y Magazine.

Acid Stage even called him a “newcomer to watch”! The contemporary alt-pop single “Torment” is an in-between between indie pop and RnB, all that accompanied by a soft and lush voice.
