“One Call Away,” Micha’s newest single, reveals her versatile talent. In her own words, the song is about that feeling of being just a call away from being together, even if it means someone else’s heart might break.
Before this solo journey, Micha was part of the duo Micha and Julia, who quickly made waves pre-pandemic. Their songs found homes on notable playlists like Apple and Spotify’s New Music Daily and New Music Friday, amassing over 2.5 million streams in under a year.
Transitioning from duo to solo artist, Micha’s musical influences range from Chet Baker to Jon Bellion, blending pop, alternative, and singer-songwriter styles. Her debut single “Do Me Like You Do” showcases a more edgy side, reminiscent of Lewis Capaldi but undeniably Micha.
Speaking about “One Call Away”, Micha shares, “It’s about knowing that you’re one move, one night, one call away from being together… My songs can make you cry and dance, sometimes both at the same time.”
