There are quite a few films out there that tell you in some way to not spy on your neighbors because if you do.. Let’s say it can end really bad. Now a new one is coming to the big screen. While it was announced a month ago that Joe Wright will take the directors chair of The Woman In The Window, we now know who will be the lead role.
Amy Adams known for her role as Lois Lane in Justice League will portray the main character in this book adaption. The film is based on A.J. Finn’s best-selling novel of the same name. The story follows Anna Fox, a child psychologist with agoraphobia. As she is not leaving her house she hasn’t many forms of entertainment but spying on her neighbors is one. This changes when she discovers something horrible while doing so.
The screenplay is written by Tracy Letts while Eli Bush and Scott Rudin are producing. Elizabeth Gabler and Marisa Paiva are overseeing the project for Fox 2000.
