Anthony Hopkins To Star In New Indie Drama ‘Where Are You’ | Film News

 

A new indie drama is on its way titled Where Are You and the all-star cast behind the film have also been revealed. Welsh actor Anthony Hopkins, Camille Rowe, Madeline Brewer from The Handmaid’s Tale are set to lead the cast.

 

Hopkins will have the lead role in the movie, playing the role of a photographer who starts to feel the decline of his artistic talents, not having the same inspiration has before. He afterward takes it on his girlfriend who disappears not long after. Hopkins’s character will then start being delusional and questioning his actions.

 

In this role, the character will not only try to understand what happened to his girlfriend’s disappearance but also go through a self-reflecting to try and save himself from his delusions. Hopkins’s new role will maybe get him another Oscar award, after being nominated for the sixth time for his role in the movie The Father.

 

Alongside the three leads revealed above, we will also have Angela Sarafyan from sci-fi series Westworld, Mickey Sumner from Snowpiercer, as well as Ray Nicholson from hit movie Promising Young Woman. The film will be co-directed by Valentina De Amicis and Riccardo Spinotti.

 

The screenplay will be written by Amicis, Spinotti and Matt Handy. The movie is still finishing its production, so we do not have any release dates or any trailer for the moment so we will keep you posted with new developments.
