Worldwide artist Billie Eilish burst into the stage of Coachella on Weekend #2 with a surprising performance of Paramore’s 2007 hit “Misery Business” with a special guest, Paramore’s lead vocalist Hayley Williams.
It was a memorable performance for Hayley Williams, who had previously retired this song from her live performances, because she felt that the lyric, “Once a whore, you’re nothing more/ I’m sorry that’ll never change” held back feminism.
Just after a live performance of “Your Power” from her last album along her brother Finneas, Billie Eilish made a short break making the audience trembling of impatience to break it by announcing the presence of her friend Hayley Williams.
While appearing onstage she shared her thoughts “Hi! Wow. This is my first Coachella”, and interjected Billie “Thanks for sharing this with me, this is sick!”
William and Eilish have proposed an acoustic rendition of the famous song by showing their powerful voices, while being backed up by Finneas guitar skills.
The happiness of Billie Eilish to have her friend around for the show was being felt by the crowd, she demonstrated it until the end with a powerful scream while her guest appeared on stage.
Billie’s signature was added for the performance, the second verse of “Misery Business” had been changed to incorporate the special singing-whispering touch of the younger singer.
