Bradley Cooper is adapting the classic sci-fi story Hyperion for TV. The Hangover actor is working with SyFy to develop a television version of the Hugo award winning novels by Dan Simmons. Hyperion is the first of a four part book series. The story follows seven pilgrims, who voyage out into space to seek answers to the unsolved mysteries of their lives before the galaxy is wiped out, but it becomes clear that each of the pilgrims have their own dreams, terrible secrets and maybe even the salvation of the human race. This is a long time coming for Cooper who has tried for years to adapt the series for the silver screen.
