Channel 4 Announce ‘Caroline Flack: Her Life And Death’ Documentary | TV News

A brand new documentary about the life and times of Caroline Flack will be released on Channel 4 in tribute to the former Love Island presenter.

The TV host passed away in February 2020, and precisely one year after, the channel will be releasing a documentary titled Caroline Flack: Her Life And Death, told by those who knew here best.

It will discuss how she struggled with social media pressure, and will feature a blend of home videos from her childhood, behind the scenes videos and interviews with her family, friends, Olly Murs and Dermot O’Leary.

A commissioner for Channel 4 Factual Entertainment, Lee McMurray, revealed that “after working closely with Caroline throughout 2019, we agreed to make a film with her that would tell her story and reveal what it’s like to live in the glare of such intense scrutiny”.

“Sadly, that film will never be made. We hope this project will be a testament to Caroline’s character, work and legacy, and we’re deeply grateful to her family and friends for their involvement”.

Her ex-boyfriend Andrew Brady also commented about this sad anniversary by saying: “It is the 1st anniversary of Caroline’s death, the person I loved more than anyone I ever thought possible… Not a day goes by that I don’t think of her, I have some truly incredible memories of her etched on to my mind for eternity…”

The date of the documentary has not been revealed yet, but we can wait for it with the trailer which has been shared by the Channel, watch it below.
