Game of Thrones will hit our screens on April 24, so we can expect the next couple of months to be an intense time for fans as they claw through the dirt of promotional material for evidence that Jon Snow isn’t dead. Unfortunately, the newest batch of stills from the 6th season of Game of Thrones will have them disappointed in that respect, but they do tease some exciting new story-lines which were briefly introduced at the end of season 5.
In one image, we see Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) and Max Von Sydow as the Three-Eyed Raven. Clearly this season will be moving Bran’s story beyond what the books have detailed, but there is one burning question: how is Bran walking?
In another, we are teased about Maisie Williams‘ Arya. At the end of season 5, she was left blinded by a potion she drank as part of her assassin training, and the still sees her begging in the streets of Braavos. Has her training been cut short?
