Chicago Rapper Pierce Elliott Releases New Single ‘Black King’

Chicago rapper Pierce Elliott has released his new song titled “Black King”.

It’s a song full of rhythm, and it’s accompanied by a beautiful instrumentation in the background. It’s a very catchy offering that is sure to give you an energy boost.

A hip-hop musician with a diverse 90’s sound, Pierce “Peezy” Elliott comes from the northern Chicagoland region. He discovered his enthusiasm for writing and the performing arts in high school and followed it to Columbia College Chicago, where he earned a degree in music business management.

He collaborated with Grammy Award-nominated and Grammy Award-winning musicians like Planet Asia and CBMIX during his time there. The latter was responsible for big successes including Chance the Rapper’s “Mixtape” featuring Lil Yatchy, and Lil Pump’s “Esskeetit”, among others.

In 2017, Elliot worked with CBMIX again on “Down Girls” for his debut album, The Commute. Elliot followed that up in 2020, with his upcoming sophomore album, The Commute To (2), led by the singles “This Ride” and “Take A Trip”, which Elliott used as a celebration of having his licence back, after losing it for three years due to a DUI.

In 2022, Pierce returned with a mini-EP and is set to release his third album It’s Lit later this year, led by new single “Black King”.
