One of the biggest names in Pop and R&B, Chris Brown is on his way to releasing his seventh album, Royalty, coming out on the 18th of December – just a little over two weeks until it’s out, and despite the many controversial issues surrounding the artist, there is still a great deal of excitement for the new release; in fact, there is a great deal of excitement any time he’s due to release anything. “Fine By Me” was released in anticipation for Royalty, and now there’s a music video to go along with it.
