American superstar Christina Aguilera last released an album back in 2012. Titled Lotus, it officially released on November 9 and it was met with general mixed reviews. While most music critics and fans were full of praises simply because of her talent and stardom, there were a good number of voices that seemed to disagree with that opinion, and labelled it as ‘repetitive’.
This makes Aguilera’s upcoming album, Liberation, a true comeback.
Scheduled to be released on June 15, the singer recently announced her return. It was met with enormous fanfare, especially since Aguilera also released a single and video to go along with it. With the concise name of “Accelerate”, the song features Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz.
